- 1 can of peaches
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions
- Drain the canned peaches well and coarsely chop them if they come in large slices. Measure out the whipped topping, cottage cheese, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, and sugar.
- Combine the cottage cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and light.
- Add the drained peaches, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans, mixing gently until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Avoid freezing as it may change texture.
