Description

A light, creamy dessert that mixes canned peaches with cottage cheese, whipped topping, and pecans for a sweet, refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of peaches
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned peaches well and coarsely chop them if they come in large slices. Measure out the whipped topping, cottage cheese, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, and sugar.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and light.
  4. Add the drained peaches, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans, mixing gently until well combined.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Avoid freezing as it may change texture.
