- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pie crust (top and bottom)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt; mix gently.
- Place the bottom pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and pour the peach mixture into it, dotting with butter.
- Cover with the top crust, crimp edges, cut slits, and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
