Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Butterfinger bars.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
