Description
A gooey, salty-sweet twist on the classic campfire treat featuring crunchy graham crackers, warm marshmallows, smooth peanut butter, and a slab of chocolate.
Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate bars (broken into pieces)
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out half of the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of peanut butter on each base graham cracker and place a piece of chocolate on top.
- Add marshmallows on top of the chocolate and press gently with the remaining graham crackers to form sandwiches.
- Bake for about 5–7 minutes or until marshmallows puff and turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips over the tops, let rest for 30–60 seconds, then serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with cold milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For less mess, use mini marshmallows.
