A simple, no-bake snack that combines creamy peanut butter with tangy Greek yogurt for a protein-packed treat.

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola or oats (optional)
- Chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Measure out the yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Stir in granola or oats if desired.
- Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small portions onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with chocolate chips or nuts if desired. Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
- Once firm, remove bites from the baking sheet and transfer to an airtight container or freezer bag. Store in the freezer.
Notes
For optimal results, use thick Greek yogurt and smooth peanut butter. Experiment with different toppings and flavor variations.
