Description
A creamy, rich no-bake dessert with a crunchy graham cracker crust, sweet peanut butter layer, whipped cream layer, and glossy chocolate top.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter and crushed graham crackers to form the crust. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and chill briefly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar, stirring until smooth. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the whipped cream, then spread this layer over the peanut butter layer.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and pour over the whipped layer. Chill for at least 2 hours to set before slicing into bars.
Notes
Press the crust firmly and evenly for clean slices. Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother filling. Chill thoroughly for the best results.
