Description

A creamy, rich no-bake dessert with a crunchy graham cracker crust, sweet peanut butter layer, whipped cream layer, and glossy chocolate top.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and crushed graham crackers to form the crust. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and chill briefly.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter and sugar, stirring until smooth. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
  3. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the whipped cream, then spread this layer over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth and pour over the whipped layer. Chill for at least 2 hours to set before slicing into bars.

Notes

Press the crust firmly and evenly for clean slices. Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother filling. Chill thoroughly for the best results.
