The perfect blend of sweet and salty, Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark is a quick and easy no-bake treat that’s great for parties and late-night snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy.
  2. Combine the pretzel sticks and creamy peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix well until all pretzels are evenly coated.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel and peanut butter mixture. Stir thoroughly until all pretzels are coated.
  5. Spread the chocolate-coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a thin, even layer.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the bark is set.
  8. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover bark in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
