- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts and cover each with marinara sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C), and steam broccoli separately during the last 10 minutes.
Notes
For added moisture, marinate the chicken in marinara for a few hours before baking. You can also use pre-cooked chicken to save time.
