- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Begin boiling water in a large pot, then cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, topping with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
