Description

A delightful twist on a classic favorite, combining the flavors of traditional pizza into a hearty and comforting casserole.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Begin boiling water in a large pot, then cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, topping with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
