- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the black beans, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Blend the mixture until it’s smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. For a chunkier dip, blend for a shorter time.
- Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning as desired, stirring in cilantro if using.
- Serve the dip immediately with tortilla chips, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños. For a creamier texture, mix in Greek yogurt or sour cream.
