- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup pine nuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond paste, powdered sugar, egg white, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized pieces and shape them into balls. Roll in pine nuts until coated.
- Place coated cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
