  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the pretzel crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then roll them in the pretzel crumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving hot.
