Description

A delightful and festive dish featuring golden, flaky puff pastry filled with creamy burrata and drizzled with sweet cranberry glaze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Puff pastry
  • Burrata
  • Cranberry sauce
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into tree shapes.
  3. Place the tree shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the edges of the pastry trees with egg wash.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Slice open the tops of the trees and fill them with creamy burrata.
  8. Drizzle cranberry glaze over the burrata and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve warm.

Notes

These trees are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Stored leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
