- Burrata
- Cranberry sauce
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into tree shapes.
- Place the tree shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the edges of the pastry trees with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Slice open the tops of the trees and fill them with creamy burrata.
- Drizzle cranberry glaze over the burrata and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve warm.
Notes
These trees are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Stored leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
