- 1 loaf of bread (e.g., ciabatta or artisan)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, and salt.
- Using a serrated knife, cut the loaf into cubes without cutting all the way through.
- Pour the garlic herb butter mixture evenly over the bread.
- Stuff the shredded cheese into the cracks of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
