Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball. You might want to wet your hands slightly to help shape it.
  3. Refrigerate the cheese ball for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated. Serve on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley and drizzled with olive oil, accompanied by crackers or vegetable sticks.
