A delightful cocktail that combines the cozy flavors of autumn with a classic margarita twist, featuring pumpkin puree and warm spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Salt for rimming
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, pumpkin puree, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Add ice into the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with pumpkin pie spice or a slice of lime.

Notes

For fresh flavor, use fresh pumpkin puree. Adjust sweetness per preference. Experiment with flavored tequila for an extra kick.
