Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Then add eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in chopped pecans.
- Gradually mix in flour, milk, and baking powder until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until set and a toothpick comes out clean.
