Description

Delightful no-bake treats blending crispy marshmallow flavors with autumn spices, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • Orange food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until bubbly but not browned.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in pumpkin pie spice and optional orange food coloring until evenly distributed.
  4. Remove from heat, mix in Rice Krispies cereal, and press firmly into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Let cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Optionally, sprinkle with festive sprinkles.

Notes

These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerated for up to a week. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
