Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add seasoned chicken, and cook until browned on both sides (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through and sauce thickens.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. Can substitute soy sauce with tamari or coconut aminos.
