  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, combine the sliced sausage, halved baby potatoes, and trimmed green beans.
