A no-bake dessert that layers rich chocolate pudding, tangy fresh raspberries, and a creamy sweet cheese layer over chocolate graham crackers, perfect for potlucks and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate graham crackers
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups milk until thickened.
  3. Arrange a layer of chocolate graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  5. Scatter a layer of fresh raspberries over the cream cheese.
  6. Pour a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the raspberries.
  7. Add another layer of chocolate graham crackers over the pudding.
  8. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate pudding.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and spread over the top layer.
  11. Garnish with chocolate shavings and extra raspberries.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight to let flavors meld and crackers soften.
