- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- Whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups milk until thickened.
- Arrange a layer of chocolate graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Scatter a layer of fresh raspberries over the cream cheese.
- Pour a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the raspberries.
- Add another layer of chocolate graham crackers over the pudding.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate pudding.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks and spread over the top layer.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and extra raspberries.

For best results, chill overnight to let flavors meld and crackers soften.
