Description

A quick, elegant dessert that layers rich chocolate pudding, fresh raspberries, and airy whipped cream for a perfect balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and gently pat the raspberries dry. Chill the parfait glasses in the fridge if desired.
  2. Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into each glass as the base layer.
  3. Add a layer of raspberries over the pudding. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
  4. Repeat the layers of pudding, raspberries, and whipped cream until the glasses are full.
  5. Sprinkle the top with granola, add whole raspberries, and tuck in a mint leaf. Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Keep pudding and whipped cream cold to maintain texture. Store components separately for optimal freshness.
