- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup granola
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and gently pat the raspberries dry. Chill the parfait glasses in the fridge if desired.
- Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into each glass as the base layer.
- Add a layer of raspberries over the pudding. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers of pudding, raspberries, and whipped cream until the glasses are full.
- Sprinkle the top with granola, add whole raspberries, and tuck in a mint leaf. Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Keep pudding and whipped cream cold to maintain texture. Store components separately for optimal freshness.
