Description

A vibrant and refreshing tropical drink blending raspberries with coconut and pineapple for a delightful sip.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup rum (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh raspberries and pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. If using fresh raspberries, rinse and drain. For a thicker drink, use frozen raspberries or freeze them briefly.
  2. In a blender, combine the raspberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and rum (if using). Add honey or sugar if desired.
  3. Blend on high until smooth. Adjust sweetness and rum to taste.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again until slushy. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh; refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 24 hours. Re-blend with ice before serving to restore texture.
