Description

A delightful and refreshing treat that combines the tanginess of fresh raspberries with the sweetness of ripe mangoes, all nestled within creamy yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and rinse the fresh raspberries and mango. Peel and dice the mango into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a glass or bowl, layer half of the yogurt at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top of the yogurt, followed by a layer of diced mango.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the fruits.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, raspberries, mango, and granola.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt. You can customize the granola and fruits to your liking.
