Description

A delightful and visually stunning parfait combining creamy Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries and sweet mango, layered with granola for a crunchy texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  2. Add a layer of raspberries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Layer half of the diced mango over the raspberries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, raspberries, and mango. Top with granola and garnish with fresh mint before serving.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. Store leftover components separately to maintain freshness.
