- 2 slices of turkey or chicken

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese between the two slices of bread.
- Dip the assembled sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then fry the sandwich until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
- If desired, dust with powdered sugar and serve with jam on the side.
