Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Reggae Reggae sauce
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Guacamole (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.
  4. Drizzle the Reggae Reggae sauce over the cheese and chips.
  5. Add the black beans, jalapeños, and diced tomatoes on top.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
