Instructions

  3. Shape the dough into a round boule and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush the top with water and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C), score the loaf, then bake for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Allow the bread to cool on a rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
