Description

Sausage Egg Breakfast Rolls bring together savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese wrapped in soft crescent rolls, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 4 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour into the skillet with sausage and stir until eggs are just set.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a surface and spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top of the filling and roll from the wide end to the tip, encasing the filling.
  6. Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
