- 4 large eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour into the skillet with sausage and stir until eggs are just set.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a surface and spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto each triangle.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the filling and roll from the wide end to the tip, encasing the filling.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
