A warm and creamy casserole combining sausage, eggs, and cream cheese folded into crispy hashbrowns, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- 1 package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Mix together the hashbrowns, cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, milk, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with fresh fruit or salad. Makes a great make-ahead dish.
