Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove chicken, let rest, and then slice. In a bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat.
- Top the salad with sliced chicken, grated Parmesan, and croutons. Serve immediately.
