Description

A simple and delightful way to enjoy pizza with a golden crust, bubbling cheese, and customizable toppings, all baked on a single pan.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Stir in the all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until it forms a dough and knead for about 5 minutes on a floured surface.
  4. Roll out the dough to fit a greased sheet pan.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and add preferred toppings.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. Slice and serve hot!

Notes

For extra crispy crust, preheat the sheet pan before adding dough.
