Description

A quick and spicy shredded buffalo chicken sandwich topped with lettuce, tomato, and blue cheese dressing, all nestled in toasted rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and shred or chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomatoes and pat the lettuce dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. If needed, gently heat the buffalo chicken in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes. Toast the sandwich rolls until lightly golden.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each toasted roll. Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and blue cheese dressing. Place the top half of the roll on and serve immediately.

Notes

Use warm shredded rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice preference. Always pat the lettuce dry to avoid sogginess.
