Delightful foil packs featuring shrimp, buttery corn, and seasoned potatoes for a flavor-packed meal with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 2–3 potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil, about 12×18 inches each.
- In the center of each foil piece, place a handful of diced potatoes and corn pieces.
- Add shrimp on top of the vegetables.
- Dot the mixture with butter and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place lemon slices on top.
- Fold the foil over to seal the packets tightly.
- Place the foil packs on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
- Carefully open the foil packs, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!

Use large shrimp for better texture; avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
