Delightful bite-sized treats combining creamy guacamole and succulent shrimp, perfect for parties and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Tortilla chips or cucumber slices for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocados until smooth. Add the lime juice, finely chopped onion, diced tomato, minced jalapeño (if using), and salt. Mix well to form a creamy guacamole base.
  2. Add the cooked shrimp to the avocado mixture and gently stir to combine, being careful not to mash the shrimp.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the shrimp guacamole mixture onto tortilla chips or cucumber slices.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the combination of crunchy and creamy!

Notes
