Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Pasta of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in chopped parsley. If desired, serve over cooked pasta.
