Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Shred the chicken in the cooker and stir it into the sauce. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, use evenly sized chicken breasts for consistent cooking. Consider browning the chicken before slow cooking for extra flavor.
