- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce

- 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
- Place beef balls on the hot griddle and smash them flat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until a crust forms, then flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Add cheese during the last minute if desired.
- Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the easy sauce. Toast the buns until golden brown.
