- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, creating an even crust.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top of the crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and slightly golden.
- Cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!
Notes
For extra texture, consider adding chopped nuts or crushed pretzels to the crust mixture.
