Description

Delightful bite-sized treats that encapsulate the classic campfire flavors of s’mores.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, creating an even crust.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top of the crust.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and slightly golden.
  6. Cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Notes

For extra texture, consider adding chopped nuts or crushed pretzels to the crust mixture.
