- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with batter and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool before serving.
