Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with batter and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool before serving.
