Description
A fun, no-bake dessert that combines creamy vanilla ice cream, soft cookie dough, gooey mini marshmallows, melty chocolate chips, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs. It slices into pretty rounds that look like swirls of campfire flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cookie dough
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
- Whipped cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Roll out the cookie dough on a piece of parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie dough evenly.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs over the ice cream.
- Carefully roll the cookie dough and ice cream together using the parchment paper.
- Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice into rounds with a sharp, warmed knife and drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving with whipped cream.
Notes
Use cold but pliable cookie dough to prevent cracking. Chill the roll well before slicing for best results.
