A no-bake layered dessert that brings the flavors of summer camp into a rich and creamy treat with graham cracker crust, chocolate pudding, and fluffy marshmallows.

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the cream cheese by beating it with powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened and press half into a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Whisk the chocolate pudding mix with milk according to package directions and pour half over the cream cheese layer.
- Scatter half of the mini marshmallows across the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, pudding, marshmallows, and top with chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to let it set before serving chilled.
Notes
For a toasted finish, briefly broil or use a culinary torch on the marshmallow layer just before serving. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for a month.
