Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and dried basil.
  3. Spread the tomato mixture evenly into the pre-made pie crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tomatoes in the pie crust.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let the pie cool slightly before slicing and serving.
