A quick and flavorful pizza featuring spicy shredded chicken and tangy pickled jalapenos on a golden crust.

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats. Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or a lightly oiled baking sheet. Brush the dough evenly with olive oil. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Distribute the shredded chicken, then sprinkle the mozzarella over the top. Scatter the sliced pickled jalapenos.
- Sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes and garlic powder evenly over the pizza. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest 2–3 minutes. Slice into 4 pieces and serve hot.
Notes
For extra char, broil for 30–45 seconds at the end. Serve with a crisp green salad to balance the heat.
