Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Ground chicken
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Chili oil
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly until blended.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling into the center of each wonton wrapper, ensuring not to overfill.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal tightly.
  4. Boil or steam the wontons for about 5-7 minutes until they float to the top and are cooked through.
