Ingredients

- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup ranch seasoning mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (optional)
- 1 cup whipped topping (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar, ranch seasoning, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour and sour cream until just combined. Fold in cheddar cheese and jalapeños if using.
- Pour the batter over the pretzel crust and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before serving with whipped topping.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute the pretzels and flour with gluten-free alternatives. Adjust the ranch seasoning according to taste.
