Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar, ranch seasoning, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour and sour cream until just combined. Fold in cheddar cheese and jalapeños if using.
  4. Pour the batter over the pretzel crust and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before serving with whipped topping.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute the pretzels and flour with gluten-free alternatives. Adjust the ranch seasoning according to taste.
