- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Adjust garlic according to preference; consider adding crushed red pepper for a kick.
