Description

A creamy, cheesy dip bursting with flavor from fresh spinach and artichokes, perfect for parties or a delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Adjust garlic according to preference; consider adding crushed red pepper for a kick.
