- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the spinach, banana, almond milk, and peanut butter if you’re opting for it.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Taste the smoothie. If you like it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup and blend again briefly.
- If you enjoy a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until well incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

For best taste, consume immediately. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before consuming.
