- 1 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in a separate large bowl until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and beat until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat in powdered sugar.
- Place the coated dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a richer flavor, replace half of the vegetable oil with melted butter and use high-quality cocoa powder.
