Ingredients

  • 200g linguine
  • 250g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sriracha sauce, lime zest, and lime juice until everything is well combined.
  5. Combine the cooked linguine with the prawn mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.

Notes

For a creamier texture, incorporate a splash of coconut cream at the end. Adjust sriracha based on spice tolerance.
